What Happens Next

1We review the request and may contact you to verify account ownership.
2Once verified, we will process the request within a commercially reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
3If we must retain certain records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons, we will retain only what is necessary for those purposes.

Deletion Scope

When applicable and permitted by law, account deletion may include deletion or anonymization of:

Your StonksAI account profile
Account settings and preferences
Profile photo and related profile metadata
Stored planning inputs and Beta workflow selections
Active session records and access tokens

Account deletion does not mean deletion of any third-party or external financial account.

Data Retention

We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or internal recordkeeping.
